Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Stock orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Build your own orders are subject to availability and must be sent to production, therefore a lead time must be determined. We will send an email confirming an estimated delivery date. If the lead time is unacceptable you have 24 hours to cancel the order and receive a refund.

If multiple items are ordered we will wait to ship complete unless otherwise noted.

All orders status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. If there is any problem filling your order we will email you.

Large Orders

On larger orders it may be more economical to ship via other freight lines however residential delivery is not always possible. If you are having your items shipped to a business and the total weight is more then 350 lbs contact us and we can quote you a shipping cost using a truck line carrier.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want your repeat business. We will try our best to work out the best arrangement for you if there is a problem. However if you need to return product to us you must notify us within 7 days. We will not accept any product that has been laundered or used. Upon receipt and inspection of product we will issue a credit less shipping fees.
